the dog, my parents' dog, ate through the power cord for my computer last night. that's just a $104 to replace it. that dog is completely wild -- last week, he got my dad's glasses and tore the crap out of them too. let's see, he got dad's pill box off the kitchen table and popped some of those. he's absolutely uncontrollable. and i've learned that i can't have a hyper-active dog, ever.

anyway, i can't do anything on my powerbook after my battery runs out of juice (in about 30 minutes) until i get a power cord, a new battery, or a battery charger. you don't understand how sucky this is b/c i've got to use my parents' computer here at home and it's slow as molasses. for example, i put an address into the browser and leave for 30 minutes, and come back and maybe the page has loaded.
