1. Tired of digging through yarn to find things, I finally made a fabric organizer for my very disorganized collection of knitting supplies.

2. The outside fabric is a "fat quarter" I liked in the quilting section of my fabric store. It's 100% cotton. The inside is leftovers from another project, I'm not sure what blend it is. I used a khaki colored thread to sew everything together.

3. I made the pattern up as I went along, and it shows. I kept in mind all the items I needed to put inside this, and kept adding pockets.

There are 8 slimmer slots for straight needles and double-point needles.

6 slots for circular needles or other wide items.

1 large deep pocket for keeping a copy of a pattern.

1 short pocket for my gauge ruler.

4 small pockets for my scissors and misc.

2 tiny pockets for my tapestry needles and yarn bobbins.
