Just over a year ago, my mother's best friend was violently attacked in her home and nearly died. Today, she's in the middle of a trial with her accused attacker, and the guy is claiming insanity.

Now that I'm done with school for the semester, I had some free time last night to string together something better:

I took some Beadalon wire and strung multi-colored glass seed beads on it. I threaded a larger silver bead toward the bottom and created a loop where my ID could hook on. Voila -- now I've got style!
