Today marked two years on the South Beach diet. While, I can't really say I'm doing that well on it lately, I'm still trying to follow the eating lifestyle (low carb/sugar). I've gained some back, and am trying to re-lose. It's basically because I stopped excercising when I moved back to Alabama. I'm slowly trying to motivate myself to get strict again, and I have managed to drop 5 pounds in the past two weeks. Hopefully I'll continue to drop and get back to my all time diet low, and continue going beyond that.
In other news, school is back in full swing and it's already turning out to be a mega-busy semester. boo.
I can relate. I did so well on Wave 1, and then it all fell apart during Wave 2. I have only me to blame: not exercising, eating 2 meals at fast food places, etc. Here's to the both of us getting on track and back where we want to be!
