An update to the update to the update: Lion Brand AND Bernat have free patterns available for Martha's Poncho.

Lion Brand named their version the "Coming Home" Poncho and looks more authentic. Available in crochet and knit. Bernat's pattern appears to be a little shorter, and is also available in knit or crochet.

I'm into week 4 of my Running 101 schedule. I can tell a difference, which is encouraging! I've moved on from 1 minute bursts of running that killed me, to 3 minute bursts of running that aren't so bad.

On the diet front, however, I'm stalled. I'm still eating South Beach style, but I've hit a wall on the weight loss. That's the most discouraging of all since I still want to lose 30 more pounds.

Lion Brand is planning to publish a free pattern for the infamous "Martha poncho" next week. Did they ever say exactly who made the poncho?

Start Your Glue Guns!, an article about a new show on the Style Network called "Craft Corner Deathmatch." The game show puts "two amateur crafters ... head to head in timed trials." Sounds funny at best. Too bad we don't get the Style Network.

I bought some new Maryjanes from the infamously fast Zappos (arrived less than 24 hours after checking out). Privo by Clarks Vinyasa in black nubuck. Super comfy (after a couple days breaking in) very lightweight, and I love the updated strap!
