back in so cal. after a day of delayed planes, due to a very heavy, very random down pour in nashville.
i finished my friend's baby blanket, pictures coming. she really liked it, although she didn't realize i had made it to begin with. ha!
stuck to the diet relatively well while i was away and managed to lose about 8 1/2 pounds. bringing the grand total to 38 1/2, in almost 5 months. i've gone down 2 pants/jeans sizes, everything i own now is naturally hip-hugger (and lower) height now.
Wow you lost all that weight! I am so jealous!!!!I need to lose 15 freaken pounds and I just can't!!!! What exactly did you do?

As for following the plan while I was out of town -- I stuck with high fiber cereal for breakfast, salads with chicken or steak on them for lunch, and meat and vegetables for dinner. I skipped the regular morning and afternoon snacks I normally am allowed on the diet, and instead ate a cup of low sugar/carb ice cream for dessert after dinner. Drank a lot of water and walked almost every night for 30-45 minutes.
