weekend festival
it's time for the neighborhood church's annual festival this weekend. that means screaming kids riding unsafe carnival contraptions, carnies on the loudspeaker that echos down the alley to our window and the loud tear down on sunday night that lasts until the wee morning hours. yahoo.

i too live right down the street from the fair grounds!
but the fair here goes on for a whole week at the end of the summer!
