i only had to stand in line for an hour and a half. not bad, considering we saw it at grauman's chinese theatre in hollywood. the line was really long and there were lots of people all over the place near the entrance. the theatre, huge, seemed packed at our 3.30 pm showing. lots of cheering and yelling (and occasional booing at lame trailers and jar jar binks).

i thought the movie was a lot of fun. lots more action. dreamy anakin. pretty amidala. ewan too. i think i liked this one better than episode one, but i can't quite say that for definite since i haven't seen episode one in a long time. regardless, i didn't find myself bored and detached. i liked each bit of it.
