45 degrees, indeed... i didn't think it was normal for it to ever be this cold... here. i went out yesterday afternoon in a tshirt, and everyone i saw had on jackets. i felt like one of those kids, back at school, who would walk across campus in their shorts and tees in the dead of winter claiming that in the north this was nothing. i always thought they were dumb... regardless, i need to bring my coat out of the closet. |via: reallybigwords|

last night we watched the dvd "osmosis jones." it was a cute movie, well the cartoon parts were at least. the more interesting thing about this movie is the plotline of saving bill murray's character from "the red death," a deadly villian virus called thrax. at one point in the movie chris rock's character goes to a theatre, passing a poster entitled "your worst nightmare." the poster depicts bill murray's character's daughter marrying a turban wearing, beard sporting fella. weird indeed.

you should watch this trailer for monsters, inc. it's really clever.

anyway, after watching the britney spears hbo special the other night, i have decided that she'd probably make a really good stripper.

last night, we caught just a handful (or two) of the leonid meteor shower. the best ones were bright with long tails that left a trail of greenish-blue.

for those of us who haven't seen our natural haircolor in years, and might possibly have a dependence on dying, this site is great! the clairol "try it on studio" allows you to try different hairstyles and colors on a preselected head (or if you're so inclined, upload your own head). i'm thinking my next color might be nice 'n easy natural reddish blonde #108. maybe.

this week started off with me doing yoga. i hope that i commit myself to doing it every morning, or at least 3-4 times a week. this morning i did a 45 minute lesson, and damn i am sore!
