I love my tivos. I just bought my 12th & 13th units. I gave 9 away as presents. Ialways hear back the same kind of thing......"It changed my life" They never knew what they were missing.
I think Tivo needs a better ad campain, to get the message across better to the masses about what they do, in a concise understandable manner.
