thursday night i had a particularly disturbing dream. i was at a beach of sorts, running next to a house, looking out for someone -- someone dangerous. then they appear out of no where, they being an older lady, and point a gun at me. i am, at this point, squatting on a boardwalk in front of the house. to my right are family and friends. to the left is someone else, another girl. the woman with the gun turns facing the other girl, still pointing the gun at me, and asks us both a question. then turns to me saying i have to answer or she'll shoot. she then asks me the question again, and as soon as she finishes saying her last word she pulls the trigger several times, not even giving me a chance to answer. i remember looking down, with my hands at my stomach covered in blood. then i look to my right again at all my friends just standing there doing nothing. just watching me.
