so today i was walking out of the garage to the car and i saw this cute little white poodle walking alone down the sidewalk. he walked up to me and i checked for any id tags on him -- only a rabies tag and animal license. so i called animal control and they told me the owner (after i gave them the number on his tag). i called her and she came over to pick up the pup. the lady was obviously annoyed that this dog was a hassle (barked at her, wanted to run around, walk, play). sad really. i wonder if i should have kept him instead?
