i'm finding more gems in this issue of entertainment weekly. first off, an article on one sheets -- which i think is really cool since that's jon's life. and secondly, a page on blind date -- one of my favorite tv shows.

for whatever reason, i am now getting a free subscription to entertainment weekly. the most interesting thing i've found so far is this site. it generates your "bond girl" name. mine is: Hope Shilldumi. o-kay...

i just ran across this interesting place. where's olivia newton-john and her rollerskates?? the sad thing is that i visited a xanadu house in gatlinburg, tn way back when... and it was the coolest damn thing i've ever seen! it had a slide built into the stair's railing. and it led (slid) you down into this big room filled with pillows!

sleep is so over-rated. but i LOVE to sleep... just not when normal people do, apparently.

did i mention that i almost had a really bad wreck last night? for some reason in the past week, i have forgotten how to drive successfully. blame it on a brain fart... anyway, last night i was coming home from kristina's on this windy backroad through the mountains. (you know the kind of road that is 2 way, narrow, with a big drop off to one side -- for you huntsvillians, like those roads up to monte sano) well, i was driving and a car came at me on the other lane with their brights on... they blinded me, i swerved off the road (toward the big drop off and trees) and almost lost control of my car. that would have been really bad. :(

ebay is really annoying me. i don't like it when i get outbid on something... now i have to resort to trying to get a last minute/second bid... all i want is a damn tshirt...

after my ebay overload, i attempted to add a search engine onto this page via atomz.com. i have a little space for it, but i haven't gotten it to work yet. i still haven't figured out why i need one and who'll actually use it?

forget sleep -- i want to find a dashboard dancing hula girl. heading to ebay.

as a result of my trying to find a banana club tshirt (see below), i've become obsessed with ebay. yeah, so that's such not a big deal now-a-days... but i never really got into it until now. i placed my first (and second) bid today. trying for a powepuff girls tshirt.

the latest show i'm becoming addicted to is on the discovery people channel, and it's called neat stuff. last night they profiled the banana club -- way cool... i've been trying to find a tshirt to buy from them (which is on the site, but i was trying to find cheaper first).

one of these days i'm going to learn not to take a nap in the middle of the day -- no matter how sick or tired i am feeling. it never fails if i lay down for one hour or more in the afternoon, i will not fall asleep later that night. case in point: bedtime for me -- 5.30 am this morning.

we caught an episode of the crocodile hunter. i've heard about this guy, but never seen his show. oh my goodness! what a freakin' nut. :) you can own the very sunglasses that saved the crocodile hunter from snake venom!

i've been busy the past couple of days. jon visited, and we had a wonderful time. he set up this sassy airport connection to my computers. now i can take my laptop around my apartment and surf the internet without any cable connection. woo-hoo!

still sort of enjoying this unemployment stage in my life. running errands, cleaning, organizing, swimming, etc etc. it's nice. so nice, that i've neglected this place.

i don't normally find humor in such things, but this ad really made me laugh.

this whole valedictorian showering story is so lame. what does showering with boys have to do with your grades?
